These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIRVIS, an AI-powered sales agent platform operated from Accra, Ghana. By creating an account or otherwise using AIRVIS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AIRVIS provides software that connects to your WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business, and Telegram accounts and uses an AI model to respond to incoming messages on your behalf. You can review every conversation, take over manually at any time, and configure when the AI replies (off, backup, or always) per channel.
To use AIRVIS you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and operate a legitimate business. AIRVIS is intended for commercial use by businesses, not personal accounts.

AIRVIS uses AI to generate responses based on your business profile, product catalog, and the buyer's messages. You acknowledge that:
To use AIRVIS you connect your own WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business, and/or Telegram accounts. You grant AIRVIS limited authority — via OAuth tokens — to read incoming messages and send replies on your behalf. You can disconnect any channel at any time from Settings → Channels, which revokes our use of those tokens.
You are the merchant of record in every sale. AIRVIS is a tool that helps you communicate. AIRVIS is not a party to the sale, does not handle goods, and is not responsible for delivery, returns, refunds, or product quality. Disputes between you and your buyers are between you and your buyers.
AIRVIS is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Meta, Telegram, Anthropic, Railway), and unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
AIRVIS, including its software, design, and brand, is the property of its operators. You retain ownership of your business data, product catalog, and conversations. By using AIRVIS you grant us a limited licence to process your data as needed to deliver the service.
AIRVIS is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI responses, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRVIS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AIRVIS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AIRVIS harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms, (b) content you send through your connected channels, or (c) your dealings with buyers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard and email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
